5. Content Ownership

  • Final deliverables are transferred to the Client upon full payment.

7. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice per proposal terms.

  • Payments made are non-refundable. Outstanding balances must be paid upon termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rock Island Creation is not responsible for:

  • Third-party platform outages or account restrictions.

  • Results impacted by algorithm changes, market trends, or Client delays.

9. Independent Contractor Status

Rock Island Creation operates as an independent contractor. No employment, partnership, or joint venture is created.
