What services does Rock Island Designs offer?

We specialize in custom apparel and design, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, hats, and more. We also offer brand/logo design and graphic design services upon request.

How do I place a custom order?

You can submit your request using our Custom Order Form. Once submitted, we’ll review your design details and contact you with a quote and mockup for approval.

Are pre-made/custom orders refundable?

All sales are final. Because each item is made to order - whether it is a pre-made design or a custom order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order details, sizes, and personalization before checkout.

Can I see a mockup before you make my item?

Absolutely! We provide digital mockups for approval before production. We won’t start until you confirm your design.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders typically take 2–3 weeks from the time design approval and payment are received.
